About me
Holly Rachel is the Executive Director of the Darrell S. Freeman Sr. Incubation and Innovation Center. She is also the co-founder of The LocalTek Foundation, a non-profit that provides technology education and workforce development. Holly is passionate about increasing access to technology for communities and small businesses, and connecting them with the networks, knowledge, and resources they need to thrive. Holly is very active in her community, serving on the boards of FH. Jenkins Preparatory School, Women In Technology Tennessee, and participating as a Sumner County Master Gardener.
