About me
I'm the Co-Founder and CEO of The Innovation Studio, a venture studio driving tech innovation by launching companies that use advanced technologies to solve complex business challenges. With over 30 years of experience leading and scaling technology-driven businesses, I’ve founded multiple companies and brought a range of innovative products and services to market.
My journey has taken me from music and finance to software development, health tech, economic development, and advisory roles. Along the way, I’ve developed a reputation as a cross-functional leader known for solving hard problems and guiding organizations through transformation.
Previously, I served as President & CEO of the Greater Nashville Technology Council. I now serve as Board Chair for S3 Recycling Solutions and on Vanderbilt’s CTTC Entrepreneurship Advisory Council.
Recognitions include multiple appearances on the Nashville Power 100, being named a global Top 100 Thought Leader, and in 2025, being honored by the Nashville Post as one of 25 leaders who shaped the city over the past 25 years.
I studied Economics and Engineering Management at Missouri University of Science and Technology before launching my first startup. I’m a Certified Board Chair and a HIMSS Fellow.
